As I have just joined this is not relevant, I wonder if is this a sign of things to come!

Alex's was very helpful friendly and efficient pleasure doing business with her

just joined and it was very quick and easy to do also spoke with someone on the phone which was also great.

Very polite over the phone & explained everything to me.

Everything explained to me in detail. Very helpful and polite.

I have not had any repair. This a new contract and so far seems efficient.
